How long does the experience take?
Your scent-blending experience takes about 30-45 minutes. (change to 45-60 minutes). Candles take approximately 2 hours to cool before they are ready to take home. You can pick them up the same day or come back another day. Reed Diffusers and Hanging Diffusers may be taken home immediately.
Candles
Candles take 2 hours to cool before they are ready to take home or can be shipped for $12/ea.
If you wish to pour a candle and pick it up the same day, please be sure to reserve a time at least 3 hours before close to ensure your candle has time to cool. If you are unable to pick up your candles the same day, you are welcome to pick them up anytime in the two weeks following your visit.
Planning to enjoy a meal at a local restaurant as part of your celebration? We recommend pouring candles first, then making a restaurant reservation for while your candles cool. We are just a short stroll to restaurants & shops - we're happy to share some of our recommendations!
Reed Diffusers
Reed Diffusers may be taken home immediately, or they can be shipped for $12.
What is the cost?
Your scent-blending experience will be led by a Certified Scent Stylist and starts at per person, depending on the vessel you each choose.
After pouring, please enjoy 1O% off home decor items and gifts in our coastally inspired boutique.
Each candle poured or reed diffuser made is priced individually and will be charged at the time you pour.
Be sure to join our loyalty program (no charge) during check-out to earn bonus dollars that can save you money on future scent-blending experiences. You can also save $5 if you re-use a vessel from a prior scent-blending experience at Sea Love.
Note: for parties of 8 or more, a 20% gratuity on scent-blending experiences will be added at checkout, whether paying together or separately.
Do I need a reservation?
We do recommend that you make reservations especially during the holiday season, snowbird season, and on weekends. We also recommend reservations for groups; we can accommodate up to 18 guests around the scent-blending bar at one time.
If your whole party has not arrived within 10 5 minutes of your scheduled time, your seat(s) may be given away and/or we may have to begin the experience in order to finish on time so we can accommodate future guests with reservations.
Walk-ins are welcome and may explore the fragrance wall and browse the boutique while waiting for a seat at the candle bar. We appreciate your understanding if we are not able to accommodate you.
There is no fee associated with reserving your seat, however, we do kindly ask that if you need to cancel or change your reservation that you call us at 239-790-2300 reach out so we can open your seat for others. If we are unable to answer the phone, please leave a voice mail message. No-shows may be requested to provide a credit card deposit for future bookings.
Do you serve beverages?
Yes, we have beer, wine, prosecco, mimosas, soda, water, sparkling water, non-alcoholic seltzers available for you to purchase and enjoy during your candle-making experience.
Do you offer private parties for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or business events?
